1. Avoid Overcharging
Always use the original charger provided. Overcharging can degrade battery health. Unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged.
2. Store in Optimal Conditions
If not using your suitcase for extended periods, store the battery at 50% charge in a cool, dry place (15-25°C). Extreme temperatures can damage battery cells.
3. Prevent Water Damage
The battery is waterproof only up to 15m (as per IP67 rating). Avoid submerging it in water or exposing it to heavy rain. Water ingress voids warranty coverage.
Under Airwheel’s 1-year warranty, battery replacement is free for charging faults, output anomalies, or capacity dropping below 60% (within 12 months). For 13-24 month periods, maintenance replacements are available. However, damage from water exposure or unauthorized disassembly is not covered.
